This promotion is conducted by K/M Resorts of America, Inc., 6191 20th Street East, Fife, WA 98424. Recipients will be selected from qualified entrants by phone or mail. Drawing for a 2009 Pontiac G5 January 15th, 2011. Eligibility: This contest is open to all residents of the United States or Canada (excluding Puerto Rico) who are age 18 or older with a valid driver’s license. Employees and their immediate families of K/M Resorts of America, Inc., are ineligible to participate.

Grand Prize: There will be one Grand Prize winner. The winner will receive a 2009 Pontiac G5 valued at $18,000. Odds of winning will be upon the number of entries received. No alternative prize, cash or other substitution is permitted except by the sponsor of this contest in the event the prize is unavailable. The prize is nontransferable.

Second Prize: Exclusive Resort Plan with K/M Resorts of America, Inc. Odds of winning: 1 in 10 / valued $1995.00. An Annual maintenance fee of $350.00 must be paid yearly to maintain the exclusive Resort Plan.

Third Prize: Two night / three day stay at a K/M owned Resort. Odds of winning 1 0f 1 / value $75.00
